Are the resources just PDFs, or is there audio too?
Most resources include native-pronunciation audio (MP3) alongside the printable PDF. Look for the "Audio + Visual" badge on product pages. Conversation packs almost always have audio.
Can I use these in my classroom or co-op?

Do you offer live lessons too, or just printables?

My kid is 5. Are these too advanced?
Look for the "Elementary" category — color & trace, ABC nouns, numbers 0–10 are all designed for ages 4–8. Browse Elementary.
What's your refund policy?
If a download doesn't work or isn't what you expected within 14 days, email us — we'll refund it, no questions. Once it's clearly downloaded and used, we can't refund (digital goods).
